“We loved our food. It was hot and fast. The service was wonderful too, although I never received a drink refill. All staff were friendly and working hard. The prices were reasonable. Had a great time, however the music choice was a bit too heavy rock, fast and too loud for our liking. Looking around it was mostly families with small children so I didn’t think the music fit the environment. It was great seeing a restaurant filling up with customers. I would easily give this a 5 if not for the music.“

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.“

“Best home made soup. burgers are served in a buttered brioche roll..cooked exactly to order. Dom makes everyone feel welcome. Great age range of diners from seniors to workers on lunch break to bar goers , etc. Check it out!“

“My bartender/server was very professional. Treated all her customers with the most care you rarely see. One of her customers was walking parallel to the bar and she stoped everything she was doing and asked if they were looking for her… they were just heading towards the restrooms. The beer there is incredible. Highly recommend this place if you ever come to Syracuse, NY!“

“Only been once, and was impressed. Wings were really good. Bartender wasn't bad, just needs to acknowledge when customers come up and let them know she will be with them. I get when you're busy or chatting with another customer, just don't let someone stand there forever wondering if your going to serve them or not.“

“Took hubby for birthday dinner in a blinding snowstorm from Moravia..was worth the white knuckles. Great atmosphere Megan( Red) made us welcome and got our drinks. Hubby had the steak and lobster($20 on Tues nites) awesome! I had the 12 os strip and fries($10). Never had it done so perfect!!( I like well and most char it) pretzel and cheese for dessert..lol and crispy but juicy wings were excellent! We will return its worth the drive!!!“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

“I ordered 20 chicken wings tonight that took 1 hr and 20 minutes to get to me and I live less than 5 minutes from then. I didn’t even received 20 wings that I paid for. Once I received them they were not edible. They were so burned and dried. I took them back and they would not give me my money back. They were disgusting. Never again.“

“I have been there a couple times now and food is always excellent. Very nice people and quality ingredients served fresh. Definitely recommend the fried chicken and mac and cheese for sure but the shrimp and grits today was also amazing. Keep meaning to get there for the Oxtail special as well but it sells out fast.“

We were starving obviously! Hillary got my order 100% correct and was super friendly! 25 minutes later the food was ready! When we got the food home and started devouring everything, all was prepared to perfection and tasted amazing! You now have 3 additional fans of your amazing food besides myself! “Really great tasting fried chicken. I was hungry waiting for my wife’s MRI and walked down from Upstate Hospital and tried out their chicken tenders. The Krunchy Chicken is located in a small market. Employees were very nice and helpful. The chicken tenders were warm and actually quite tasty. I will go there again next time I’m looking for something to eat and I’m in the area.“
