“My husband and I went to Diamond Point to celebrate my birthday, we had great service, great food!!! My husband always gets a hamburger of some sort when we normally go out at other places and he always complains because they never get the burger right whether it’s how it’s cooked or what they put on diamond point grill nailed his hamburger 100% we were both very impressed I had the Parmesan crusted haddock which was cooked for perfection and fresh vegetables it was a great experience always around and we will be returning”

“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!”

When i tell you i had the most amazing french toast to ever cross my lips i am not lying or embellishing!!!!! The trivia, pictures, antique items were awesome. Staff was friendly, food was quickly brought. The mimosa was delish!!!! I would definitely encourage you to stop by for a fabulous experience!!!!!! I will definitely be stopping by again!!!!!! “I don’t know how this restaurant doesn’t have more reviews. My fiancé and I love a restaurant with good portions. We had just finished up a 7 mile hike and we needed some good fuel. There are very few restaurants that can do breakfast better than we can, but this place blew us out of the water. I’ve never seen a pancake so big and so well done. Our omelettes were the size of our heads and cooked to perfection. We will be back. Thank you scrappies for being open on the off season!”

“This is a HIDDEN GEM! We were in the Lake George area with no kids so we were looking for some great craft cocktails. Nick M. is the bartender and he is EXCELLENT. His knowledge of drinks and his friendliness truly stands out. In addition to the drinks we ordered, he was able to recommend other drinks that we would like based on what we shared with him. Even though there were locals there, he was attentive and interacting with us as well (which not all bartenders do!) He also recommended a great place for small plates, and he was spot on in that recommendation as well. If you want a GOOD drink (not just a standard bar drink) GO TO THE LOBBY BAR.”
