I showed up at 11:50 knowing they opened up at noon. The worker inside saw I was waiting outside with a young girl. At 12:05 I knocked and she waved her fingers no. I knocked again, trying to find out how much longer and if it was worth the wait. She opened the door with an attitude and said "30 minutes. Not my problem. Our local spot for bubble tea has been disappointing me! No Bubbles for the bubble tea!??Three times in a row! Several other customers also disappointed for the 20 minutes that we were there. Counter help has been more concerned about closing shop then the customers standing in front of her! Management better get some new help. They’re giving this store a bad reputation!
