Lemon Tree Asian Cuisine

There are two remaining places in Ardsley to get chinese food, after the third place closed in 2019. So we decided to give this place a try. After trying a couple of dishes here, this is now our go-to place. The dishes do not exhibit a lot of added oil you normally see with chinese takeout. The dining area has not opened yet, so I guess they want to continue with just take out for now. The sushi rolls are normal fare, the chicken teriyaki (entree and bento box) was okay as well. The chinese dishes are very good. Some places cook their dish and add 2-3 tablespoon of oil to give it that shine, but it does nothing to the dish except making it greasy. Came by to try out their lunch specials -- their pad thai and miso soup were both really good! The soup had plenty of ingredients (tofu, seaweed, etc.) added into the broth itself. The pad thai was a little lighter on the toppings (bell peppers, chicken), but the noodles were cooked well to the requested spice level, and accompanied by lime and peanut garnishes.
