“Took my in-laws out for dinner tonight. Two of us had the Beef Stroganoff.. and two of us had the filet mignon. The food was absolutely delicious, made to perfection, and food prices were fair ! ZERO complaints on the food... But now the bill comes. $14 (x7) for a shot of Don Julio Tequila? I almost fell over. That's simply ridiculous! Every bar/restaurant within a 50 mile radius gets $6-$7 per shot MAX! We're not in NYC .... I learned a valuable lesson tonight..... IF we return to Noochs for dinner, I'll drink water with a splash of lemon....“

“We visited this place several years ago when visiting Kent. We were back in the area and remembered where it was and stopped for breakfast. It did not disappoint. The service was very attentive with multiple staff members interacting with us, the portions were more than ample, and the quality was great. Very fresh. I had the 1-2-3 (1 French toast, 2 pancakes, 3 eggs & 3 large strips of bacon). My husband had the Western 3 egg omelet loaded with veggies along with whole wheat toast. He gave me a little help finishing my order. The prices were far more reasonable than those found in our area of southern CT. The atmosphere is welcoming, but it isn't an upscale decor which wouldn't be expected in this type of establishment, hence the 3 stars.“

“We weren't sure what to expect, but BOY, WERE WE BLOWN AWAY. We'll definitely be back. A few things to hightlight: Eileen was most hospitable and a gracious host for our dining experience. The food was remarkable. So fresh from the appetizer to dessert. We went at 5pm so it was on the quiet side, just the way we like it. They open at 5pm for now, but I did see a sign that they must have been open for lunch at one point.
Location is incredibly convenient, right off 7 and parking was ample. Winter just ended and Spring is springing, and I can only imagine the grounds when it's not Winter. Really pretty and I was most impressed with the variety of lamps, inside and out. Worth the drive and worth the visit. Bonus, BULL'S BRIDGE Covered Bridge right across the street. “My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The service was friendly, the food was 10/10. We ordered mussels and smoked salmon to start- both had amazing flavor and tasted fresh. If fish isn’t fresh I can’t eat it and both were absolutely perfect. For dinner, we had the duck breast and rack of lamb. Both were generous portions, cooked to perfection in delicious sauces. Everything came out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. The hostess (we have heard this may be the owners wife?) was friendly and appreciative of every compliment we gave. We will most definitely be coming back and are excited to try more!“
