He even took the time to give us great suggestions from the menu, which we really appreciated. “PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW: Went here for Fathers Day because this one of my favorite spots. Travel an hour to get here. I only have a suggestion - this review has nothing to do with the food which is absolutely delicious and plentiful I ordered the crab cake special. When I got the bill I was shocked by 32.00 for 2 crab cakes for appetizers. I think you should make an insert for the menu or place it on the table your specials so people can think about it and see the cost. Don't want to ask the server the cost for all specials. They were very good ,but would not have ordered them at that price. They were more expensive then the main course. Won't make mistake again.“

“I am here at least once a week. The food is so delicious. I always get the pollo guisado, pastel de choclo, cuban sandwich, or chilean fish. My family said it is one of the best meals they had in NY. I recommend them all!
Breakfast sandwiches are 10/10 and the cafe chileno is amazing.
The pastries are also to die for. They are so good that I had them make my wedding cake. Monica is wonderful to plan with and made my perfect wedding cake - tres leches, quatro leches and cannoli cake. Worth the trip to visit!!“

i got the jerk chicken with white rice and plantains. as well as a chicken patty

my meal was great and patty was good just wish it was stuff a little more.

“I've been to Dutchess Diner on multiple occasions - all for professional-related networking or rewards during my time at local businesses and we always found it to be a very great and welcoming place to go.

The service is consistently great, food is what you would expect and you will likely come away with multiple meals.

Keep in mind this is a standard all-american eats diner (do forget if they have international cuisine options so someone please correct me), but it is typically a good balance between taste and price.“

“Me and my wife are breakfast enthusiasts. Whether it is a new Diner or a new restaurant we are always looking for a new breakfast spot. We came here after my wife had a minor dental procedure. There was a little wait but we didn't mind it was like 5 minutes. When we were seated we were greeted by our waitress, Jennifer. She was awesome all morning. Very vibrant personality with great energy. She explained menu items made my wife a special Coffee and made our experience that much better. The food was outstanding. My wife had scrambled eggs with French toast because she could not eat anything super hard and she has been talking about those eggs days after we left. I got an omelette with pancakes and they were very good. The price to food ratio was outstanding. We are looking forward to coming back. We recently moved to the area and sometimes go to a diner or cracker barrel but it think this will be our new go to for breakfast and once we try the lunch or dinner it will be our go to for that as well.
