“My husband and I had a lovely lunch at Glenora on a sunny, fall afternoon! Wonderful, friendly service and the food was unexpectedly delicious! It was cool, but we chose to sit on the deck to take in the incredible view. The staff was accommodating when we asked to start one of the patio heaters for us. We started with two glasses of sparkling - one blanc de blanc and one brut. We enjoyed both, they were very well-balanced. We then ordered the Squash Pumpkin soup and the Chicken Pot Pie. The soup was hearty, well-seasoned, and full of fall flavors. The pot pie came in a crock and was topped with a flaky, buttery crust, reminiscent of a french croissant. The pot pie filling was perfectly seasoned and had large pieces of chicken and potato (all tasted home-made - no can of cream of chicken soup in here!) The crock sat on a serving board and had a salad alongside - beautiful presentation! Overall, our experience was top-notch and can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!“

The pad Thai with mock duck was our favorite, the golden bags were also super good. Our waitress never asked if we wanted drinks other than water, we asked. Never asked if we wanted appetizers. The gentleman that ran food seemed to be working very hard, but he brought my husband’s entree out five minutes before mine. No one ever checked in with us. Had to ask for the check. Again, the food was great, and we’d come back again, but wouldn’t make the trip just for it again. As someone in the customer service industry for many years, I get being busy or overwhelmed or whatever, it just wasn’t the best experience.“

“I've been wanting to stop and try out this local spot but haven't taken the opportunity until today. Storm was so inviting, kind, and comfortable to talk to. I was ordering to-go and was really focused on one of their advertised beverages. Storm helped me choose the peppermint frappe with chocolate added. Delicious! She also made me a tuna melt that was fresh and delicious as well. I will definitely be stopping again to try more of their caffinated drinks! So it jumped in front of us as we walked down the street headed back to our car and instead of fight with the ice cream monster we decided To give in and get a cone or 2. She had 7 layout ice cream in a waffle cone and I had lemonade and berry berry sorbet- great choices for both.“

We took our daughter, who has special needs, to Jerlando’s for lunch and Shawn was amazing. Not only was he an excellent waiter, but our daughter wanted a hug and Shawn never skipped a beat and leaned right in and let our daughter hug him!! His kindness toward her touched our hearts deeply!
