“My husband and I drove an hour and a half for our anniversary dinner and the food was excellent. The service? Not so much. The pad Thai with mock duck was our favorite, the golden bags were also super good. Our waitress never asked if we wanted drinks other than water, we asked. Never asked if we wanted appetizers. The gentleman that ran food seemed to be working very hard, but he brought my husband’s entree out five minutes before mine. No one ever checked in with us. Had to ask for the check. Again, the food was great, and we’d come back again, but wouldn’t make the trip just for it again. As someone in the customer service industry for many years, I get being busy or overwhelmed or whatever, it just wasn’t the best experience.“

“Our first time staying at the property. Check-in was super easy by text (since card was on file). We stayed in the stand-alone cabins which were awesome since we had a dog with us and planned to leave him in the cabin when we went to dinner, and he whines for a bit when left alone in a new place, so having a stand-alone cabin was helpful to not disturb other guests. The cabins were new, clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable bedding, good WiFi, easy parking right in front of the cabin, a full kitchenette. It was like a real one-bedroom house. Good location close to Watkins Glen and nearby wineries. Staff was very friendly. Will be happy to stay again in the future!“

“Mario, legend. 10/10. First time meeting him, I’d join his cult if he had one. Super friendly guy, played great tunes, knew his way around a pizza.
Pizza- 10/10. My friend and I played F marry kill with food, I married this pizza. Mario generously offered to let us try a special wine flour in our pie dough, basically a spiritual experience, will be chasing that high for the rest of my life.
Price 10/10- cheaper than eating at Taco Bell, which is still blowing my mind.
Atmosphere 9/10- road side people watching was top notch. Point docked for it being too far away from where I live. Will update to 10/10 when I move into the parking lot next door.“

“Food was good. Service decent. Considering it was post-lunch hour when we visited, the service was a bit slow. It was expensive for lunch ($30 a piece before tipping). I had a California Cobb salad with Bleu Cheese dressing and beef steak, medium rare, tossed on the top.

We were outside, mostly in the shade, for the duration of the meal. The floor is concrete and reasonably comfortable in the warmth. In cooler months it will likely cause you to shiver.“

“The vegetarian food was great. I had the vegetable noodle soup (make sure to add chili oil for more flavor) which tasted very authentic and home made in a good way. The best dish IMO was the vegetable lo mein. I also had vegetable curry with tofu which was also amazing. The only dish that was below expectations was the vegetable fried rice which was a bit bland and dry. The service and atmosphere was alright but could have been better, everyone was nice though. Good place overall.“
