Within walking distance of the Watkins Glen main entrance, the smell of a wood fire draws you into a quaint, fenced in area anchored by an unassuming shack. But don't let looks deceive you. The wood fire oven perfectly crisps the underside of the thin crust pizza, adds smoky tones to your pizza, and is perfectly complimented with a healthy amount of cheese and well seasoned sauce. We loved staying here. Paige was kind and gave great advice for being new comers to the area. The hotel is simple but clean, and the beds were comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

Delicious wood fired pizza made to order; by hand! We were hungry after after hiking the Watkins Glen State Park so we walked down to the Colonial Inn for their outside pizza! Ordered the Margharita pizza and was not disappointed! Waited about 20 minutes since there was 3 pizzas in front of ours - but totally worth the wait.
