Drop and hook, quick check in, sweep out trailer and paper was in hand quick as well. Guard shack lady was very friendly. Would have been 5 stars but there’s no excuse for yard jockeys to crank trailer legs way down. 90 plus degrees and cranking a loaded trailer down is a recipe for disaster and there’s really no other way it got like that.
There are so many drivers that focus on the negative in these reviews rather than the positive. Yes, the shipper absolutely takes a while to load you. They are upfront about it as you check in so there are no surprises. Aside from that, the shipper has everything a driver could ask for. Nice restrooms, vending machine, on-site scale, wide-open yard for backing in to the dock door, trailer sweep out dock doors, overnight parking and respectful staff. You can't park at their facility. But you can see there is space before guard shack it's like for two trucks before entering to check in.Empty trailers right side of entrance.Girl was nice in evening shift.And guy in night shift was extra nice. At the gate.That means I spent almost 7bor 8 hours for writing my load to be ready it was preloaded ( ?) and I wasted my full shift in waiting .
