I can’t stand this particular location. The last three times I have come to this one , i ask for an ice coffee with hazelnut. They don’t put the flavor shot in (I can tell because with the shot the coffee is darker ) when I get it from them it’s always way too light. My last time going which was yesterday, they were so rude at the window because I politely asked them to stir in the pound of sugar at the bottom of the cup. I ordered a hot chocolate and an old fashion donut and when I went up to the window they were going to give me a chocolate donut. I explained that it wasn’t what I ordered. They gave me the hot chocolate and just had me sitting at the window waiting for a donut. I asked the lady if she was sure that it wasn’t already in one of the bags on the windowsill. App wasn’t working with this particular store ask the woman at the speaker as this store is drive thru only. She states there’s nothing we can do then leaves the speaker and wasn’t going to take my order. Get to the window the woman takes my card with no verbal interaction starts handing me my items still no interaction!
