“Charlie's has THE BEST Fish Fry , not only in East Aurora, but in the whole area. It's crunchy on the outside and cooked to perfection on the inside. Comes with the usual sides plus choice of potato. It's enough for 2 meals and at the lowest price around. Delicious.”

“The waitress were attentive. We waited long time for the food, about 35 minutes. I ordered the Chilean sea bass. The macadamia nut was a little burned. The portion was small. The vegetables came with it consisted of inexpensive ingredients: squash and carrots. I didn't like the mashed potato. I only took one bite.”

“Lots of options here in terms of beer to purchase in the store to bring home and beers on tap to drink while you’re there. We both got flights and enjoyed them. Seating available at the bar, a few tables inside, and a little bit outside. Great place to stop for a beer especially if waiting for a table next door at Bar Bill!”

The food may seem like what you have seen on a menu before, but their take on it is absolutely fabulous! I have never had a clam chowder like the one served here. It is amazing! I would return for the clam chowder alone. The sweet potato fries may look typical, but their taste-like nothing I have ever had before. Not sure what their secret seasoning is. The wings rock. We left with doggy bags because we didn’t want to waste any of the delicious food! The chicken piccata, chicken Parmesan- might want to consider sharing! If you have been here before 2023 and been disappointed, you need to revisit! Trust me! And bring even the most finicky of your teens! They will be happy as well!”

We try to come weekly, whether it be for just some wine and cocktails, their exceptional desserts, or a light meal, if one of suggests mambrino, the other will always say yes! The servers and bartenders are all excellent and extremely personable. I would suggest checking it out, but then you might sit on the couch, and that’s where we like to sit!! Either way, go check it out! I can share. 😂”

“It's a nice family place to eat. The food and service is good. We went there many years ago and then they closed for a few years. Now they reopened and it's like it never closed. The menu offers a wide variety to please everyone so you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!”

“Dinner on a Saturday night for 4, glad we made reservations as it seemed to fill up fast. Service was friendly, but a bit hands off (Did not get offered any refill of water after a 1st glass). Complimentary bread service was decent and served alongside the soup/salad that was included with most entrees. Others said the house salads were quite impressive. The Rosa sauce was a highlight. Chicken and veal parms were well received, as was the eggplant. Whole group got lukewarm pasta, but luckily we had filled up by that point and just left it for a doggie bag. Tiramisu for dessert impressed the group - worth squeezing it in!”

All the employees there are professional and make very good quality food. The culture of this store has done a 180. I had two Mighty tacos hot with sour cream last night and they were so good. I came back today and had the same thing and they were just as good.”
