“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

“Picked up some Boozy Moo ice cream at the Schenectady Farmers Market. I got the Kentucky Butter Pecan and the Whiskey Netflix and Chill. The Kentucky Butter Pecan is awesome!! It is the perfect blend of liquor and butter pecan ice cream. The Whiskey, Netflix and Chill?? Oh my gosh!! One can DEFINITELY taste the whiskey!! Both are delicious!! Will definitely be trying more flavors and going to the location in Albany.“

The staff is friendly and always treats my family great when we visit for a quick dinner and treat. One of our favorite places to have dinner with the kids.“

“Nice local ice cream spot. Their soft serve is super smooth and creamy. Good portions for the cost. Got a chance to chat with one of the owners when we stopped by. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the details of what makes great soft serve and very knowledgeable about allergen info. They make all of their own ice cream with raw ingredients and it's obvious they have a passion for what they do. We will definitely continue visiting Mac's“

It is a mess when it rains and moreover, when you get back in the car there is so much soot and dirt on your shoes you have to clean your floor mats each time.“

“It is for sure overpriced usually less than $10 a person. But when I want birthday cake remix with an extra brownie mixed in who else can I trust really??❤️ Idk about customer service it's sometimes crowded but it's ice cream the line goes quick. They could be rude but I wouldn't know I'm only listening to my ice cream being made ?. One person said they rather go to Stewart's which sometimes I will also just settle for a mint cookie crumble. But I would never say it's superior than Cold Stones.“

“Came up here on a very hot evening, and this place hit the spot. Lickety Split offers a great variety of soft serve options, along with milkshakes and other classic ice cream treats. The soft serve was super refreshing and held up well in the heat. The place was jam packed, which shows how popular it is, but the crew was friendly and incredibly efficient. They took our order quickly and got everything back to us just as fast. There are a few benches where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream, and they even have some fun little mechanic-style rides for kids, which was a cute touch. Overall, a great spot for a cool treat on a warm day.“
