This Starbucks only loses a star because I went 4x and one of my drinks wasn’t keyed in/prepared correctly. I WAS able to request and receive a refund, but I had to do it with corporate.
I absolutely detest the practice of making me select a tip at the drive through. Dunkin doesn't do it, McDonalds doesn't do it.....but this Starbucks location does. One barista told me it was actually illegal for her to run my card herself although the guy the day before did just that.
Your staff are paid hourly, I should not be expected.to give a tip when buying an already overpriced cup of coffee....hence why I go to Dunkin. I know it's not just me that...
