One of the elite restaurants in the Hamptons, Highway never disappoints. The vibe is eclectic yet fun on a busy night. The menu is always inventive and absolutely delicious. A nice wine list is accompanied by a creative cocktail menu. The service is excellent but always a touch cool to the touch in our experience. The bar is a nice oasis away from the general seating and well worth a visit should you miss a reservation window.

Peter, Rosa, Freddie, Arturo, Julian and many more dedicated hospitality professionals on the service team consistently deliver exceptional, Michelin caliber service out front that mirrors the passion for great, locally sourced cuisine delivered daily by Finney & team.The best of what’s around.
