The habachi steak and sesame chicken was fantastic good food for take out.
I've never had anything but terrific take-out from Red Door, and I've never found their service to be anything but professional. They've been a reliable year-round go-to for ages — *far* better than the old place at this same location, which was erratic. The estimated wait times they post on their website have always been accurate for me, so I've never had to wait for more time than it takes the person ahead of me to pick up their order. If you are willing to eat the sushi here, you would probably be okay with gas station sushi as well. However, if you completely avoid the Japanese dishes and simply view this place as a Chinese takeout spot, the food is actually decent—even if it is insanely overpriced. Also, do yourself a favor and do not bother ordering the 18-dollar scallion pancakes. If you want a better overall option, head to Chen's Garden instead.
