“Loved this local bagel spot. Everything was fresh and delicious. The workers...very short tempered, and rude. The woman taking the orders had to ask another worker what i was asking for. Her first language was Spanish. None of the workers were personable nor welcoming. The owner should give them all customer service training!”

She was probably just tired from the other 2 jobs she had to work to pay her bills. Because America was destroyed by corruption and Uber capitalism.”

This man and his business lifelong accomplice, Chef Pete are the customer based/retail version of why and how I got into food. Fred, Pete, Sous/Exec Jorge, Brandon, and yes... even Justin taught me the lines and roles of each station in a restaurant. Honey, I was green and sad and super motivated. These guys rode me like white on fkn rice. Due to that whoo-hah, I can carry my own brigade and make a killing in the raw arena. Fred was a master at his craft 60ish years ago and still is - encouraging line cooks to expound and expand 20+ years down the line. forever grateful.”

“We visited on Saturday evening during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. From the moment we entered through the front door, we were welcomed by big smiles, big smells of delicious food, and what felt like a warm hug from a good friend. Classic and palette awakening cocktails. Try the brandade fritters and the best Caesar salad I have ever enjoyed. Sea bass was fresh out of the waters that surround the east end. The burger and the roasted chicken. For sides we ordered the onion gratin, romanesco and French fries. Surprise banana split for dessert. Delicious! See you again soon. Happy Holidays!”

“Fantastic customer service, fantastic food, shout out and much love to Hellen, Gio, Jojo and the rest of the Smokey Buns crew. As one of their earliest customers with their soft opening, the quality of their smash burgers is phenomenal, and the expansion of their menu has been phenomenal with their daily favorites, their amazing crispy chicken sandwich, and their newest lamb sandwich that has their incredible lamb sauce, and more! The quality of their fries has remained consistently good though at first it was mildly inconsistent until around mid-late August, however given enough time they cracked down the right consistency. They keep improving through receiving feedback as well with observations and whatnot. In addition to their ice cream side that has a variety of great flavors (cookies and cream, fudge brownie, and strawberry to name a few) and toppings, in addition to soft serve and delicious milkshakes. Overall they are so so so delicious and will keep on improving, I highly recommend.

“We stumbled across "The Cookery" today -- It was a happy stumble. We were looking for a breakfast place and this isn't your traditional breakfast restaurant.

Lina said she had frittatas and ham & cheese pastry. To which we got and enjoyed at a small table. The frittatas was good - lots of flavor.

But, the ham and cheese pastry was amazing. It melted in our mouth's. We took some pastry snacks for our road trip for the day -- we got back to the Cookery just before they closed and brought some amazing soup back to our Airbnb for dinner.

We are only in the Hampton's for the weekend. We already know where we are going for breakfast in the morning. By the way - the coffee is a divine Columbian - if you are a coffee drinker get the large you will enjoy every drop.”

“Got the brisket, buffalo fries and pulled pork and banana pudfing. Brisket was great! pulled pork was good, buffalo fries were tasty. The banana pudding wasn't that great. It didn't really have flavor, and was gritty. Service was super friendly, and food was ready quick. I will definitely go back and try the ribs.”

“Honestly, I've never had one of these before but it was delicious. I had the number five with chicken a mango chutney. Everything is fresh tasty but not too spicy. Highly recommend”
