When you have an establishment that allows their wealthy customers to harass and assault those who have a smaller bank account is not just deplorable its down right shameful. Avoid this pretentiously absurd place at all cost, less you want to confront some rich b*tches! #EatTheRich
Wish I could say it was great. But honestly the service was terrible. We waited over an hour for food. While everyone else was being served we waited and waited and waited. Not good. I eventually had to complain. No comp. Nothing. Very unimpressive.
Menu
The Palm is a restaurant with a mixed reputation. Some guests praise the beautiful ambiance, large portions of delicious food, and attentive waitstaff, while others have reported issues with food quality, such as overcooked lobster and steak. The drinks menu has also received criticism, with one reviewer unable to get a proper mojito. Service can be slow and inconsistent at times, particularly when new staff are being trained, though many guests find the service welcoming.
Recently, some diners noted that the restaurant can feel overcrowded, with tables close together and seating by the kitchen door. Despite the busyness, many guests enjoyed the food, highlighting dishes like the Steak, Chicken Parmesan, and the Wagyu lasagna, though some found the lasagna portion a bit small. The restaurant has an old-school steakhouse vibe, which fits the atmosphere but may feel dated to some.
While the service has been described as attentive, some guests felt overlooked when larger tables were prioritized. However, others appreciated the attention from managers checking in during their meals. Overall, The Palm shows potential but has not consistently delivered the high-end dining experience expected for its prices. It remains a lively place that can be enjoyable for many, while others find it lacking during special occasions.
