My husband placed an order which contained a special 2 for $6 menu item and other items. He asked for the senior discount and it was denied. Manager stated Arby policy is no discount on specials. My husband felt the rest of his order should have been discounted. Manager refused again stating policy although it is not displayed anywhere in the restaurant. He took the bag of food from my husband, refunded his money and refused to serve him and told him to get out. Great customer...read full review
