The staff try to shamelessly scam you to your face. For example, I ordered a Large Baja freeze and they give me a medium-sized one instead. I think, ok no problem, miscommunication happens all the time. I say to them I asked for a large instead and they say to my face that it IS a large. On top of that, their service is super slow. You are way better off going to a different Taco Bell instead of this one.
Great, I love it, there 3 times a week but I have a feeling they will lose alot of customers because the older people are getting frustrated by the machines and no one wants to take orders from the register so I see them walk out. Should've given some customers a choice in all Taco Bells.

The food is what you'd expect from Taco Bell. However they vastly and grossly prioritize the drive-up customers over online orders, and if you're walking in to make an order, forget it. Best bet is to order through the drive-up and then eat inside because that seems to be the only customers they care about.
