Golden Garden in East Meadow offers fresh, light, and well-prepared food. The Wonton soup is delicious, and the scallion pancakes are flaky and not greasy. Their shrimp and broccoli combination features jumbo, meaty shrimp. The sesame chicken sauce and General Tso are the best around. While the spareribs were mostly bones, other menu items are usually very tasty. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service, making it a great spot for takeout.
