“I had such an amazing experience at Ralph’s Ice Cream, and it’s all thanks to Mia! From the moment I got to there she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel like a valued customer right away. Even though there was a bit of a line she stayed calm, upbeat, and professional the entire time. She handled each order with care and patience, making sure everyone got exactly what they wanted without ever seeming rushed or overwhelmed.When it was my turn, I had a few specific requests for my order and Mia didn’t hesitate or get annoyed like some people might. Instead she listened carefully, gave great suggestions, and made sure everything came out perfect. The way she took the time to double-check and make my treat exactly the way I like it showed how much pride she takes in her job. On top of that, she kept such a positive vibe that it made the whole experience even better something you don’t always get at places that are super busy.
Honestly, workers like Mia are rare. She goes above and beyond just taking orders she creates a whole experience that makes customers want to come back. She’s respectful, hardworking, and truly cares about doing her job well. I hope Ralph’s management sees how lucky they are to have someone like her on their team. “I had the most fun experience at Sonic Drive-In! Not only was the food amazing, but the service was next level. Our order was delivered to us on roller skates, which added such a fun, nostalgic touch to the whole visit. The staff was super friendly, and the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. From the delicious burgers to the refreshing drinks, everything hit the spot. It’s rare to find such great service these days, and the roller skate delivery definitely made this visit stand out. Highly recommend Sonic for both the food and the unique experience! 5 stars all the way!“

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“
