This is a journey of an ice cream cone as it’s massive but worth every bite. Prices have stayed fair over the years too which is very nice. This ice cream holds so well and rarely drips making it easy to eat in the heat.“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. They always have many flavors in stock and have seasonal flavors. As well as vegan gelato and sorbet. They also make crepes and delicious coffee.

The servers are always friendly and helpful, and the place is immaculately clean no matter how busy it gets. Highly recommend.

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

I got coconut, toasted coconut, and chocolate lovers. It was amazing and worth the price which I can't say for other places. “I walked in to this beautiful establishment and I could not figure what out what I wanted. This establishment offers so many different types of choices it’s hard to keep up with all of them. I asked one of the employees what her favorite yogurt flavor was. When asked she said that she likes all of them and would love to help me to a sample. “Only ice place in the nearby area. The menu is extensive so probably something for everyone! The tastes aren’t artificial or overly sweet. The ice cream is nicely done when you pair it with a water ice in one of their twisters. Super accessible with parking just outside and the fact that it’s just off the turnpike. A skosh pricey for what it is but not out of line with similar other places. Staff friendly and approachable.“

The space is bright and clean, the owners were SO warm and welcoming, even taking the time to talk through the history of the store and the process/ingredients. The best part though was the gelato! “An absolute must try! Not your standard scoop of ice cream but a delightful mix that’s sort of part ice cream, part Italian ice, and part gelato with a huge array of homemade flavors. The prices are very good (especially for Long Island) and the product is phenomenal. Worth a trip out of your way to come here!

“I was actually trying to go to the hamburger spot next door and saw this spot when looking for parking. There was a long line for the hamburger spot so I figured I'd get a small thing of ice cream to eat while we waited. I came here on a Saturday evening around 6pm and parking was hard to find. However, there was always someone leaving the lot.

There was no line for ice cream and staff was friendly. Credit cards are accepted. I decided on a small cup of soft serve chocolate ice cream (~$4) which was a good amount for one person. Full of flavor and very creamy. I would definitely return to try other menu items!“
