This is a journey of an ice cream cone as it’s massive but worth every bite. Prices have stayed fair over the years too which is very nice. This ice cream holds so well and rarely drips making it easy to eat in the heat.“

They always have many flavors in stock and have seasonal flavors. As well as vegan gelato and sorbet. They also make crepes and delicious coffee.

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

Location makes it a perfect date night dessert place to complement your evening on Bell Blvd. In short, you are paying for an experience when coming here. The ice cream is more like a soft serve when mixed with the cereal and carries a price tag of 8 bucks a head. BUT, I will say I left SATISFIED. There’s a plentiful variety of mixing and matching you can do with your order and the staff were friendly. The portion is adequate, and as you can see in the photo, it’s always better with company!“

“I walked in to this beautiful establishment and I could not figure what out what I wanted. This establishment offers so many different types of choices it’s hard to keep up with all of them. I asked one of the employees what her favorite yogurt flavor was. When asked she said that she likes all of them and would love to help me to a sample. “I have been looking for a Soft Serve Ice Cream spot near me for years, finally one has opened, Thank God! They were very nice and accomadating. They give huge portions which is awesome. The place was clean and organized. Everyone was polite and did not skimp on the brownies on my Sundae, again they have awesome portions. This will be my go to soft serve ice cream.“

“Only ice place in the nearby area. The menu is extensive so probably something for everyone! The tastes aren’t artificial or overly sweet. The ice cream is nicely done when you pair it with a water ice in one of their twisters. Super accessible with parking just outside and the fact that it’s just off the turnpike. A skosh pricey for what it is but not out of line with similar other places. Staff friendly and approachable.“

“It is a small spot but it has outdoor seating. I ordered the Tequila Sunrise and it was delicious. I also took home a pint of the Mango flavor and the Strawberry Sangria, both so good. In case you're with the kids, They do have a flavor without alcohol, it's vanilla.“

“My family and I finally had a chance to try La Carraia Gelateria tonight, and the entire experience was fantastic! The space is bright and clean, the owners were SO warm and welcoming, even taking the time to talk through the history of the store and the process/ingredients. The best part though was the gelato! Every flavor was incredible! There is such a noticeable difference in quality and taste! It is so refreshing to have a business run by genuinely warm and welcoming people (that just so happen to provide a delicious product!) like La Carraia Gelateria in the neighborhood! When you have a chance, support this new local business! You will not regret it!!! ❤“

“An absolute must try! Not your standard scoop of ice cream but a delightful mix that’s sort of part ice cream, part Italian ice, and part gelato with a huge array of homemade flavors. “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

Terrence does not miss a single detail- from the quality of the coffee—to the matcha powder—to the innovative drink menu- to the hand-painted made in-house delicious chocolate truffles that fly off the shelves daily- to the warm and welcoming hip vibe that makes you feel like you’re sitting in a coffee shop in Greenwich Village. It’s also refreshing to see them support other small businesses in the area with an array of baked goods from St Rocco’s made especially for this store to fantastic local donuts. Great gift boxes filled with these heavenly chocolate bites are also available around the holidays. We reserved a table for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal consisting of crab cakes, fried shrimp, French fries, vegetables and, for dessert, fresh homemade strawberry shortcake – reservations are rarely needed!
