Cold Stone Creamery offers ice cream and provides samples. The store is much better ran than the Garden City location, which is a total embarrassment for the cold stone brand. It is slightly cheaper but doesn’t yet allow rewards to be applied through the app. However, the location is always out of the chocolate bowls. The customer service and taste are perfect. The staff provides great service and handles issues well. The manager personally reached out and offered to make things right regarding a recent issue. The teamwork and customer care really stand out. On a first visit, the experience was made so easy and welcoming. The staff took the time to explain all the different options and what each one included. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. A brochure with information about the rewards points app was provided to save money on the next visit. After paying, utensils and napkins were included in the bag without having to ask. The staff was friendly and patient and remade an order for a customer who had ordered at a dif location and was given a flavor they were allergic to. The first visit to store #23941 was smooth, easy-going, and definitely worth coming back. Great customer service goes a long way, and this experience did not disappoint.
