“Very nice cookies that taste splendid! However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!“

The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. “Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

“My daughter had been talking about this place for a while, so I finally took her yesterday to get a sno cone. I was surprised to see a line outside on the pavement. At first, I thought we were going to someone's house where they sold sno cones from outside! Wasnt expecting a crowd lol!
I was skeptical at first, but the moment I tasted the guava-flavored sno cone, I was instantly transported back home, eating sno cones on the streets. It was incredibly nostalgic and absolutely delicious.
I also tried the plantain chips, but they weren't really my favorite.“

“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“The gelato here tastes AMAZING! The staff is really nice, and you can sample flavors. I ordered the super big size which isn’t big to me with the raspberry cheesecake, Reese’s, and deep chocolate gelatos. They were all delicious, but the deep chocolate was by far the best! The deep chocolate gelato was the best chocolate gelato I’ve ever had thus far! Potions are very small so I recommend ordering the largest size. I highly recommend Chillato in Whitestone!“

“It was my first time going to Ralph's Italian Ices and Ice Cream, and I absolutely loved it. They have a variety of flavors (over 100 of them!), and no matter what you get, whether a twister, sundae, or iceberg, you are always in for a delicious treat. Customer service was great! “This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“We don’t even know how many times we’ve been here 😂 It’s definitely one of our go-to matcha spots in Flushing! We always get the matcha latte because it’s consistently so good and we never get tired of it. 🍵🤍
We also tried the mango sticky rice drink and the jasmine matcha latte, and both were sooo good! The mango sticky rice drink is such a fun and unique combination, while the jasmine matcha latte has such a nice floral flavor.
Definitely recommend trying them if you’re here! Everything is super refreshing and worth it. We’ll definitely keep coming back! 💚“

“This has been my favorite (and local) juice shop for years now. They make it fresh and have no problem subbing veggies/fruits out for you. They don’t put any fillers in their juices like orange juice, etc. The staff that works there is always so welcoming and kind - they are the ones that put onto their rewards program. They even bring the juice out to you in your car or if you’re sitting at the tables outside waiting (in the summer months). I have not had their baked goods or ice cream/gelato but it always looks fresh & good (I am lactose free).“

“I always love coming here and would get my ice cream. They’ve even accommodated me when I got there super close to closing time. Saw that they make cakes and was so happy I decided to get my birthday cake from them this year! It was delicious. My whole family loved it. Some went for seconds. Couldn’t recommend them again. Next birthday cake will be from them! lol. I had the Oreo & strawberry cheesecake with Oreo crunch in between.“
