This ice cream holds so well and rarely drips making it easy to eat in the heat.“

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. “Once inside, I find myself tasting all the treats in this veritable abbondanza of pastries, cookies, cakes and, of course, Teresa’s special Italian Ices. I’m especially partial to the Lilly with Nuts. It a uniquely New York flavor that Teresa captures so well. Although I’m not from the neighborhood, it certainly worth the trip. During one visit, I was fortunately confronted by a warm tray of freshly baked miniature sfogliatella sitting in parchment paper. I can still relish the experience. Whether it’s ices or baked goods, one is never overwhelmed by the note of sweetness, it rather the distinct flavor of the treat that shines through. You can’t go wrong here.“

“I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“This is an iconic ice cream place. I would totally recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cold refreshing treat. The line seemed long at first but we didn’t have to wait long at all. We got a vanilla cone with Marvel Mix sprinkles and a Leche flavored one. A must try!“

“After ordering the stores internet went down and I didn’t have cash to pay. We tried doing an online order so I could pay for my food but that didn’t work either. I guess their internet was down. To my surprise, The worker was kind enough to give me the food without charge!! I’ve ordered food from here before, which is excellent and will continue to do so because of their generous hospitality. I will also pay it forward next time I’m at this restaurant!“

“Just stopped by here today because I really wanted some frozen yogurt. This was my first time going there as I am not from here. There are several tables inside with seating for up to 10 people.I wanted some frozen yogurt and was going to get the biggest container they had which was the 1.5 quart, but the guy at the counter warned me it would run me about $25 - $30 which was really expensive. That’s when he explained they charge by the ounce ($1.50/oz?) so the more I put in the container the more expensive it is.I settled for a 16oz container but didn’t fill it all the way up and it ran me about $13 after tax. It was really good and they had a good selection of toppings as well. I would definitely go back again.

Parking: There is a municipal parking lot across the street for a fee ($3/hr?) with ample parking.“
