“Sweets is my middle name and this place fits wright in.. great flavor and a different selection for all.. I had death by Brownie tequila. Yummmmy.“

“Who ever the guy was working earlier today was extremely helpful, great spirit and such an awesome person. He got my order right to the teeeee!!!! I really hope he gets recognized for his hard work and most importantly, customer service. If I was in the food business I'd hire him on the spot . Really awesome. Thank you again good sir if you ever do read this or your employer recognizes you.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“Place was spotless, vibe and setting perfect for ice cream and owner and help were great as well as the ice cream cups donur ice cream and all the trimmings to choose.“

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“My kids and I love their Ice Cream with fresh fruit.“

“Brown butter cookie dough is a must.“

“delicious...variety...love this place“

“Gino was patient and took the time to explain to us all the different packages, in preparation for our wedding. After learning that my fiancé and I are both first responders, Gino extended his support and professionalism to us even more so! We are both looking forward to having him cater the dessert portion of our wedding, in addition to creating an unforgettable experience! Dolce and Gelato is the way to go!! Bravissimi!“

“Chesler was a Great worker he hooked me up with ice cream. Best guy ever best ice cream worker I ever saw. He goes out of his way to help the customers. It really makes me Happy I would 100% give them pay raise. If I were his manager all the best to him. Best guy I ever met. He’s extraordinary.“

“Delicious & Excellent food allergy information! Highly recommend.“

“Very nice cookies that taste splendid! However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!“

“love this place makes what ever you want“

“Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

“This 16 Handles location is always a great experience! The store is spotless, and the friendly staff create such a warm, welcoming environment-especially with kids. I really appreciate how clearly everything is labeled, from which toppings are kosher to what allergens are present, making it easy to eat here with confidence. Highly recommend!“

“Amazing gelato. Highly recommend 🍨 😍🍧 😍“

“Gelato was delicious. My daughter had the Matcha soft-serve ice cream ($9) and loved it. I had the Apple Pie gelato. It had chunks of apple in it and was good ($10 for a medium size cup). Place has a small space where about five people could sit. It’s more of a grab and go spot. I took off one star because it’s a bit pricey. Staff was super nice.“

“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.“

“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“fresh buns and delicious dogs!“

“It was my first time going to Ralph's Italian Ices and Ice Cream, and I absolutely loved it. They have a variety of flavors (over 100 of them!), and no matter what you get, whether a twister, sundae, or iceberg, you are always in for a delicious treat. Customer service was great! I will return, for more.“

“The Bellmore Carvel is very special. The amount of love and care put into my son's birthday cake exceeded my expectations. Amanda is so talented and you can tell she is passionate about designing cakes. She even called me personally to ask if she could alter the cake a bit from the image I provided. It came out a million times better than the image! Thank you, I will only be ordering from you guys in the future!“

“In summer comes I wish to go there so badly“

“This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“i come here after work with my fiance. their palletas are so yummy! i get them every time i visit. i cant wait to eat more of their multiple flavors of palletas and try more items from the menu. very clean place and nice attentive employees“

“We came just as they were locking up for the night. The owner saw us walking away and called us back to the store, staying later just to assist us. He was super nice and let us try as many flavors as we wanted before making us a sundae and a water ice. Everything tasted so good! 10/10 experience and will be back soon!“

“So good!!! I won a giveaway and picked these up today!!! Definitely recommend!!“

“I always love coming here and would get my ice cream. They’ve even accommodated me when I got there super close to closing time. Saw that they make cakes and was so happy I decided to get my birthday cake from them this year! It was delicious. My whole family loved it. Some went for seconds. Couldn’t recommend them again. Next birthday cake will be from them! lol. I had the Oreo & strawberry cheesecake with Oreo crunch in between.“

“***** (Five Star) Review - The hubby and I love the Hicksville Sweet Shop! It is such a warm and welcoming restaurant/ice cream shop – were everyone knows your name! We reserved a table for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal consisting of crab cakes, fried shrimp, French fries, vegetables and, for dessert, fresh homemade strawberry shortcake – reservations are rarely needed! Homemade ice cream and chocolates are also delicious! I can honestly say I never had a bad meal at the Hicksville Sweet Shop! Thank you Eva, Phil, Harry, Walter, Alma, Jeannie & Clair❤️e!“

“Highly recommend!!! Amazing flavors and so many it’s hard to decide. Owner is so friendly and let my kids try many flavors. Reasonably priced too. We will definitely be back!!! 🍦“

“I found my new favorite spot to go after date night, absolutely phenomenal! The shop is clean and inviting, and Leo behind the counter made the experience memorable with his friendly, upbeat service. I ordered vanilla with Reese's. Generous mix-ins, great customer service, and a warm atmosphere make this place a must-visit. Highly recommend“

“First time trying one of their sundaes and I must say, I was not disappointed. The prices are very reasonable, and the customer service was top-tier. However one co-worker stood out, Pam. She was very friendly and made my sundae amazing considering they just recently dropped this specific flavor.“

“Chip city is insane !! They are such a caring company to donate to the NYC Ronald McDonald house. I was honored to have tasted a cookie (or 2) and was blown away. Absolutely amazing love for their community. Thank you Chip City !“

“Favorite place to visit for a ice cold treat :) Quick service, always got my fav flavor in stock.“

“These cookies are delicious! We sampled them as a family this month and the Apple snickerdoodle was everyone's favorite! followed closely by the cookies and cream. soft, decadent and flavourful, Nicole really knows her stuff. Can't wait to order again next month!“

“The BEST place to go on the nautical mile! Love the new location !“

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either. They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)“

“I work nearby down the strip, and go down for a milkshake every week. The staff always work so well and the shakes are always top notch. Bonus points to Alyssa, who's memorized my order by now and is super friendly. Really brightens my lunch break.“

“A huge shout out to this location, and specifically Omar. When I asked for an ingredient list and I was pointed to the wall, it wasn’t enough information for me to determine if I was able to eat the yogurt. Omar inquired why I wasn’t eating, and went out of his way to go into the back and get the boxes with all the list of ingredients. Above and beyond service and the pistachio was amazing.“
