“Love this place. Wish they had more of them in the city limits. Visited this location, south street seaport and the location in coney island. The staff is always super friendly, the custard and flavored ices are always so fresh. I got the vanilla custard with the cherry ice! (Which has real bits of cherry in it!). They have a parking lot which is super Convienent. Check out the pictures!“

“my experience was great! i came here for a quick bite to eat after work - normally i go through the drive thru however for some reason the app wasn’t working for me today so i chose to dine inside. i’m glad i did because the service was great! i ordered on the kiosk and while waiting for my food several people checked in with me to make sure i was being helped. Jina made sure I had everything i needed and even checked in with me while i was seated. she is very friendly and always greets me with a smile even when i pass through the drive thru. excellent service and amazing and attentive workers! love this shake shack“

“As a first timer going into this carvel. I was so impressed. The owner is the nicest guy!! He helped me out with everything. I was also in a rush and he managed to fulfill my order within 2 minutes. I highly recommend this place! It’s such a difference when you go into a store and you either get looked at nasty or the worker is just rude. But this wasn’t the case, they were super helpful. “Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“This location has been excellent since my first time arriving here I came from Georgia to visit my mother and she sent me here to get some ice cream and from the first time I met the wonderful staff at this establishment I can't stop coming back! Although I only spent six weeks in New York it was worth my time I came to this location so much in the last 6 weeks I know I must have put on at least 20 extra pounds and it's not the ice cream that I love it's the staff here Samantha is amazing she really knows customer service she really knows how to be hospitable the ice cream is good but it's the people that made it even better. The other extraordinary woman here is a woman by the name of Diana I believe it was. She works in the cinnabon area and you can see her heart and her love in the way that she treats the customers I was sitting there eating ice cream one day and I watched how she just went above and beyond making the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. They have come to know me because I come here buying ice cream for my mother all the time and they even remember and they always ask about her it's beyond just a store it's almost like coming to see friends. Make it your business to stop at this location it is very much worth it the music is always excellent here it always has a great atmosphere.
This store should be a model to all the other Carvel locations out there on how you should treat your customers please utilize the staff to train other locations it will be well worth the time all of the people that are here are leaders and teammates and I've come to really like them and love them.“

“I always love coming here and would get my ice cream. They’ve even accommodated me when I got there super close to closing time. My only 2 complaint is the older of the 2 young ladies kinds rushed us through the ordering process & wasn’t very friendly. The other young lady answered questions and definitely made me feel like I wanted to go back. 2nd no non-dairy alternatives for the lactose intolerant community. Overall 4/5 experience.
