“Hands down one of the best dessert spots around! I stopped by this Ralph’s Italian Ices and tried the Dubai Chocolate Sundae—and WOW, it was next level. Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, every bite felt like a chocolate lover’s dream come true. The layers were perfectly balanced, and the presentation? Instagram-worthy. You can tell they put real thought into their flavors and quality. Definitely coming back to try more! If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out.“

“Love this place. Wish they had more of them in the city limits. Visited this location, south street seaport and the location in coney island. The staff is always super friendly, the custard and flavored ices are always so fresh. I got the vanilla custard with the cherry ice! (Which has real bits of cherry in it!). They have a parking lot which is super Convienent. Check out the pictures!“

“My experience here was a bit mixed. The biggest drawback for me was the fully automated ordering process. I understand why many restaurants are moving in that direction, but I still prefer having the option to interact with a staff member, especially when I have questions or want to make changes to an order. The self-service system worked, but it felt a little impersonal.

That said, the food itself was very good and definitely the highlight of the visit. The burgers tasted fresh and well prepared, with quality beef that stood out from what you get at many fast-casual places. Everything was cooked properly and arrived exactly as ordered.

Another pleasant surprise was the drink selection. There was a huge variety of shakes and soda options, giving customers plenty of choices beyond the standard offerings. While I'm not completely sold on the ordering system, the quality of the food would make me consider coming back again.“
