I don't even know where to start. But people first - everyone is so friendly, so helpful. Big smiles, nice greetings.
The food is absolutely amazing. From the REAL oatmeal to the best pancakes around to the complete Irish breakfast- everything we've tried has exceeded expectation.
This as a refreshing twist on local delis stepping back to the days of the more personal/ less commercial vibe.

More selection but the new staff borders on rude. The older lady has messed up my order 3 times and at one point wanted me drive back from the expressway for the bacon they admit they didn't give me instead of just crediting me for next time. Ask for an onion bagel with cream cheese and get raisin. My fault for not digging thru my order before I leave as I dont want to hold up others. Inside they act annoyed. Thats why it's empty 10:00 Sunday morning.
Experience really depends on who's working that day. If you get the young tall guy, you're good. He's fantastic. If you get the older gentleman, you're screwed. Cant pour a coffee right (overflowing and spills in my car), cant smear a bagel right (all cream cheese in the center, nothing on edges), and isn't hospitable at all.
