I just have to commend the employees at this store.I was having trouble using the app to place my order. So I came in the store to order in person. Not only did the shift manager make sure that I was satisfied in the order was correct, but she also helped me to figure out the app. Since the store has nothing to do with the app, I was very pleased by how helpful and professional she was.Well my food was being prepared a error happened at the drive-thru. Always good food and a friendly faces. This specific burger king by the Fairport Wegmans is great. I usually go through the drive through and they are always friendly and the food is hot. The managers are good. This is much better than the one down in Penfield, but luckily their lousy attitude there pushed me to go this one, so it worked out well!

Josh, the manager does a great job and I’ve been coming here every other day or so as my work is close by and I’m blown away by the difference between this Burger King and the other ones in Rochester. Today I was helped by Karen who lived up to the standard I’ve seen set. I will definitely be coming here more often now that I see repetitive high standards in cleanliness, atmosphere, staff, dependability, and an overall positive dining experience.
