improve customer service training! at drivethru, ordered two ice caps. at window, received only one. employee said she only charged me for one. I asked to add another, was told I had to go around to the end of line or "it would mess up her time". empower frontline workers to make decisions that encourage returns. it can be done; McDonald's in springville does an excellent job with training. will be a long time before I return to Tim's, but at least the line will be shorter without...read full review
Since this location has opened unless you are the only person in line you better set aside 15 to 45 minutes no exaggeration. It does not matter whether you stay in the drive-through or you go inside, in fact when there are more than a few cars in the drive-through it always takes longer inside!
