Juquila Reviews
BOMB prompt food service. Came here starving and they took care of me with great food, bar is super cute and the staff are on their zoom but not in a bad way. Definitely will be coming back when I’m in Jackson heights.
This post is somewhat overdue. I have eaten here a many times already, i especially come here for Chiles rellenos, my favorite dish. Over the years i have seen Rueben give us the best customer service. I have a faint memory of people but i have attached his face to visiting Juquila. I would just add that i am not a fan of modern times and i hope Juquila doesn't get more modern. I loved the way it used to be, it felt like being in Grandma's kitchen.
The food is always fresh and tastes like home made

Juquila is a hidden gem with delicious food, offering a variety of dishes such as burritos, tacos, and stuffed chiles with accompaniments. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Their tamarindo mojitos are the best, and the cocktails and horchata are all excellent. While the service can be hit-or-miss, the waiters provide fast and friendly service. The atmosphere is quiet, but the music can be loud at times. Juquila is a family-friendly spot, with simple options for kids. The interior décor is authentic, adding to the charm of the restaurant. Despite some inconsistencies with the service, the overall experience is enjoyable and worth trying. They even have cactus in their dishes, and the queso is different from other places, being a mix of baked meat, onions, peppers, cactus, and cheese. Overall, Juquila exceeds expectations with its delicious and affordable offerings.
