They must have changed the steak seasons it wasn't not as good as I've had at the ones in other locations. I asked for lite lettuce I got haf a head of lettuce. Asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Asked for extra cheese and extra mayo got very little. I do not believe I will eat at Charley's again I used to make a point of finding one on my travels.

Parking: Plenty of parking.

Driving to upstate NY and stopped here for lunch. Service was good and cheesesteaks cooked to order so come piping hot. We ordered an old Philly small cheesesteak and a regular chicken teriyaki cheesesteak and made that a combo. The fries were really good and freshly made. Didn’t know about this chain but we will eat here again.

When you're hungry for Charlie's, you're hungry for only Charlie's. Food is always decent. They've recently remodeled a few things. Staff is usually pleasant. Jim has been manning the grill there for a decade or so and he's always worth stopping in for.
Only con is that sometimes the fries are a bit under-done.
I would recommend.
