The food is good but the servers need to work on their understanding of the English language. One server got an attitude by sighing and rolling her eyes because I was asking her for a tin pan instead of a meal container. I asked her what type of containers they had and failed to tell me about the tins until I looked up and noticed them. That’s what I wanted in the first place!
Within the past year, I have been patronizing Pollo La Brass often…. They workers are polite, the food is always fresh, and well made, I get salmon with mixed vegetables and yams, the yams taste perfect, slightly sweet..,. I get the lettuce tomatoe cucumbers and onion salad, and it is alwaysxfesh and crisp….. I started buying a roasted half chicken, because my only complaint is that the salmon pieces were sometimes small…..Otherwise this place is a good choice to-get a good...
I've been there years before, and the food was better. They give you a healthy portion, but it's just ok. Roast pork was too soggy for me. The servers seem to have a problem with English speaking customers. There's room for improvement.
