“The food here is made fresh with care. It doesn't taste like burnt grease like some other places I've been to. The people are really nice and the service is great. I highly recommend it and I refer a lot of people to go there. Many return repeatedly.

Parking: This is a fast paced strip mall. Depending on the time of day, it can get very busy but the wait is not too long.“

“Two days ago was my 1st time visiting there. I was in a rush so I just ordered a slice. I was annoyed I was paying $4.50 for a small slice. The server warmed up a slice behind the counter. At the same time, another person just remove a pie from the oven so I asked for a fresh slice instead. The server was very understanding and happly gave me a fresh slice. I appreciated he even told me to enjoy the slice. That slice may have been the best slice I ever had. It reminded me of and tasted just like the 1st slice of pizza I ever had. The crust was crispy, the sauce was perfect, and the cheese was cheesey just the way I like it. It was worth every penny and Im ordering a pie for dinner tonight.“

“I come here often. The food is definitely a bit overpriced but it is good and consistent. The customer service is great as well, compared to other Jamaican spots.

With that being said I got there the other day in the perfect time slot to get the lunch special. I asked about it and the lady said “we don’t have the lunch special right now”. I was so confused. If yall don’t want to offer it please TAKE THE DAMN SIGN DOWN. What’s the point in having it up?

“My first time at Kingston Grill and I’d it weren’t for the professional, well mannered lovely lady at the counter it very well could have been my last. However, I will definitely return as in addition to the wonderful customer service experienced on Saturday July 22 at around 4pm. The food was delicious!!! “We go to this Applebee's before going to the Islanders games at UBS.
It is decorated with pictures of the local high school and college sports teams as well as pictures of local police and firefighters which I appreciate.
When we go it's usually happy hour and we are able to get happy hour pricing of we sit at a booth in the bar area or at a table in the dining Room.
We have never had a 'bad' server but of course some are better than others.
The food is always consistent and Applebee's always seem to have some some gererous promotion going on to make the meal more affordable.
The food is tasty and the drinks are cold, what more could you ask for.
There is also always a manager visible during our visits.
It can get crowded even at the bar but the crowd seems like all great people who just want to enjoy a beer and a burger etc.“

Other my food 1 hour before picking up
I was late for picking up for about 1 1/2 hr
When I came to pick up I was surprised that my food wasn't cold because they ask me to give them a minute and give me food hot like I just other. I was literally shocked by there grade service. Because it hopped to me before in different places where you can take your food and it cold already and now you on the road and need to eat them cold because it's no where to warm them up 10 at night and you on the road working.
