Parking: It’s shared between the other venues in the area. Most of the time it’s full but might be just enough for one car to find parking. Never had to wait long for a spot“

“Really delicious, authentic Greek food. One of these places that makes you feel so proud to be a New Yorker, we are so lucky to have real places like this in Queens. I arrived and the family who owns it was dining, they were so beautiful and the food? Exquisite. The server (Lula) was extremely kind too, I will be coming back!! 10/10 the place to go to eat to avoid awful, bland, overpriced airport food!“

And their quality is always very fresh and delicious, no matter which begal you choose,you will not get disappointed, I used to go with my children when they were young but now they go there by themselves, it become family tradition lol. “I recently moved to the area not knowing what places are good to eat. On a family walk one day, my husband suggested we try it. We ended up going two more times that same week. This place has the best hibachi meals and fresh tasting sushi. The prices are extremely reasonable considering how fresh the sushi tastes. We’ve ordered take out and dined in it and each time the customer services/ quality is the absolute best. Thinking of having my birthday dinner here!“

“157 Tavern has been a staple in the area for 10 years and is an excellent choice for parties or group gatherings. You can simply provide them with your budget, and they will curate the menu for you, which makes the planning process very convenient.
Regarding the food:
Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.
Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.
King Salmon: Quite tender.
Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.
Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.
Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

“I went to a family friend’s 70th birthday party they hosted in the Atlantic ballroom. The space was modern and very clean. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. I had a wonderful time! Thank you Yiselle, Estrellita and shorty!!!“

“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

“I love the food. It tastes high quality and very authentic. Especially their famous popcorn chicken. It tasted really authentic and was really well seasoned, and had great quality ingredients.

“It’s usually pretty quiet here when I tend to go for lunch. The service has always been great and attentive. The portions are big I can rarely finish what I order. The best part is the pricing - I typically order a main with rice & naan and a couple glasses of wine and I always feel like I’m getting a deal. Definitely recommend!“

“We order take out from here maybe once a month and we always get a large order when we do. Their food is always fresh, flavorful, and leaving us feeling fulfilled and satisfied! Their rolls have an excellent filling to rice ratio! My youngest son loves their California Rolls and anytime we get them elsewhere, he says he prefers from Sushi You. They are very thoughtful of presentation, preparation, and protection of the food en route. Super friendly on the phone and they always double check the order placed.
