I have never been to this restaurant. But I received a Top Chef order from them, and the food was amazing. So I give them 5 stars on food alone
Chef Peter is a very respectful person. The staff is great to work with. On the other hand, I just dont agree that the staff is underpaid due to its going under and may close. A person getting paid 15$ an hour will get paid 11$ an hour.
