We regularly buy from this Wendy’s in Elmsford. But yesterday , my mom got a nasty surprise along with her food. She found a huge rubber band in her burger. This is very disappointing. They apologized and made another burger. But, she wish the recovery was better than a simple sorry . So, we’re not going back. I am sure they could’ve have done something that makes up for the unpleasant experience.

This Wendy's offers hot and fresh Jr bacon cheeseburgers with quick, friendly service. However, the parking lot design is flawed, making it hard to park and eat after using the drive-thru. While the quality has sometimes dropped in the past, recent visits have been pleasant, and customers are likely to return for the good food and service.
