“Love Kathleen and her service. My whole family is gluten free. We’ve ordered birthday cakes, wedding anniversary cakes and cupcakes. One year, she even made us a vegan birthday cake. She goes above and beyond to make sure her cakes are delicious. At my 7 year old’s candyland themed party, no one couldn’t tell that the cake was gluten free and she did a fabulous job with the theme.“

“I’ve been going to Annie’s since the fall of 2021. When I say that I’ve NEVER had a bad meal there, I mean it! The food always feels fresh and on the healthier side, and the cozy atmosphere is contagious. Last week, I called ahead to order some soup. I had been sick and hadn’t eaten for two days so I called and asked Laurie (the owner) to have it ready to go for me so that I wouldn’t share my germs by coming in. Not only did she offer to bring it out to me (I declined), but when I came inside she had two bowls of soup, a biscuit, and a cookie for my toddler waiting for me. A little care baggy to feel better. Laurie shared with me once that the shop was named after her late mother. She talked about how wonderful her mom was, and it is easy to see that all of those wonderful qualities have been passed down to Laurie. She has a heart of gold and her kindness and compassion serves as a second mother to this entire little community. If she isn’t inquiring about the lost dog down the street, or secretly giving me a hand squeeze when we found out we were finally pregnant after years of infertility and I whispered it across the counter, then she’s finding another way to serve the community. I knew from the day I met Laurie that she was an all around wonderful human. I cannot recommend Annie’s enough…not just for the AMAZING food and coffee (try their chai and salads- DELICIOUS)..but for all the incredible people inside as well ❤️ This small town needed Annie’s!“

I went there on 12/4/24 and I bought pumpkin muffins and caramel apple muffin. They taste so yummy!!! They are fresh; they gave me samples. The owners are so nice and the store is very clean!!! “My husband and I had a few minutes to spare between appointments today and he suggested we try the coffee. We were so impressed!! We both told the Barista what type of coffee we were interested in, and then went with his flavor suggestions. He was spot on for both of us!! Easily the best coffee either of us has ever had!! My husband drank his black because he really wanted to taste the beans. It was smooth, strong, and delightful. The Barista was also so friendly and kind, we felt like regulars even though it was our first time. We will be back very soon!“

“The Shop has been the best all around restaurant in downtown Binghamton for a few years now. Everything about it is spot on: The atmosphere is hipper than anything else in Bing. The service is always fantastic. They have a small but very well curated selection of beer (and the other drinks seem great too). The menu is interesting, and the food is always impeccably executed. In recent years, it's become my department's go-to place for hosting faculty candidates and other visitors to the university, because it really shows off Binghamton at its best. I just wish they were open a few more days a week!“

“I Agree best breakfast in Broome county...I've been going there since I was a little kid, I love it...the only place EVER that gets my breakfast right...no matter what my kids and I request they write it down and we have no doubt when it's brought to us it's going to be exactly as we asked ..I've never, not once have had a bad meal there ..I've never even had a mediocre meal there ...Everytime it's above and beyond!!!! Highly recommend...wish it was open 24hrs, my work schedule makes it hard to get to...I work in customer service and recommend this spot the customers that come through and they come back and say it's becoming there favorite spot.. it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I’m not sure if their leadership looks at these but I just went through the drive thru at the vestal parkway location and received the absolute best service! I work in the food industry and when I left the drive thru box I thought “wow, how do we get our drive thru experience to be this good?” I pulled up to the window and the same gentlemen, Callum, greeted me there. He was just so pleasant and helpful and genuinely interacting with me. Kudos and thank you to Callum for making my night!“
