They false advertise which is not legal. I spoke to the owner about it and no accountability and made no effort to change her ways. I really wish I reported her business. The sign out front said $3.99 for a hot chocolate. When my daughter and I went in, it was advertised inside for almost $5. It was like $4.75 or something like that. When they rung it up, it was almost $6. $6 for store bought hot chocolate AND she didn’t even finish it because she didn’t care for it. You...read full review
Coffee was awful. Had to throw it out. Muffin was commercial, not fresh. Straight from Sam’s.
Weak coffee, poor management, dealing with employees via text and firing people via text. Who does that? Batch is quality.
