“Went here with some friends friends, and absolutely loved the ambiance, design and general atmosphere. Very cozy and comfortable, with a friendly staff that was very patient and helpful. The food was also amazing, as was the drink selection. And as someone who can no longer drink alcohol, I have to say, the mocktails were absolutely wonderful. (Highly recommend the Winter Spice Mocktini.) Definitely plan on going back!“

“Came in for the first time. The staff were very friendly. The calzone was amazing. I have gone to Italian restaurants and they were not nearly as good. The menu says personal but my husband and I could have shared our calzone. The Chicken Wing dip had excellent flavor!! Will come back!“

“I had a really great experience there today, I was visiting the Endicott Museum across the street (which I highly recommend, it's amazing and totally worth your time, not to mention free) and came in for a cheeseburger and fries. It was delicious and the people at the bar and the bartender were really friendly. It was a great place to warm up on a cold day.“

“My family and I recently ate dinner here & the food was amazing, as well as the staff! Everything was hot & delicious! Eddie came to our table to ensure we were all happy with everything. Despite being very busy they offered excellent service! I highly recommend the smothered chicken dinner! We will definitely be coming back!“

“Went down to see a couple friends of mine play live music after getting out of work. It's a nice place with friendly bartenders. It looks like an old warehouse from the outside, but is a nice place inside. Not sure if they have any dart boards set up, but they do have a pool table.“

“You neighborhood tavern with foods like chicken wings, appetizers, and chips. I fun atmosphere of playing the jukebox or shooting pool and one weekend a month karaoke with dj Zantani . that's when the local singing talent showup. Patrons dance and have fun with some of the zany talent. Pizza is delivered in at times of celebration. Variety of liquors, beers and wine coolers and hard ciders. Cash and ATM. No charge cards. The atmosphere varies from relaxing to fun. Try it out!“

“I frequent this bar when I visit JC because of the bartenders and the very reasonable prices. The bartenders especially Bob are friendly and efficient never having to wait for a drink. The food is really good as well and they have nice specials.“
“Feels a little bit old-timey but great staff and good patrons. It's located right behind a deli Mart which is very convenient. The atmosphere is a lot of fun with the jukebox and it's never overcrowded. They have cool dudes who play on a bar softball team as well and I'm always happy to be there. Never a bad experience“

“like any bar there is good and bad.. I personally been going to this bar since the 90's and seen alot. The owner of this bar and his patrons are pretty loyal and very friendly and there's a lot of joking around and have a level of respect between everyone. So come over ,only pay 50 cents for pool,or play darts,horseshoes, or just have a drink. No place is perfect but Sam's is perfectly fine for me.See you all there.“

“Amazing place to go for a drink. I went by myself and was immediately welcomed by everyone there. Bartender was great. Knowledge on drinks I can not speak for but he (steve) was friendly quick and helpful. A great place for regulars and new patrons alike. A place to take your drink and smoke if you are so inclined and the prices are fair for the economy we live in today. I not only recommend jb's I plan to return there again. Small but big hearted.“

“Last night, my gf and I went to dinner at California Grill. While they've been around since 2005, this is our first time stopping (and even noticing it was there). I have to say, it was a 5 Star experience. The food was perfectly portioned and priced. It was flavorful. The restaurant was clean. The staff were kind and attentive, especially our server, Kimberly, who took our experience to the next level. This is what dining out should be like. We will DEFINITELY be returning again and encourage everyone to pay it a visit when in Vestal! For the record, she had Fish Tacos and I had Brisket Tacos. We then took a Cali Grill Smoker BBQ Flatbread (can also be a pizza) to go for enjoyment after the movie. We can recommend all of those!“

“Highly recommend the Steak Salad, definitely prepared by a Chef. It was my birthday so they brought me a delicious Sundae. Had a couple Southern TIER IPAs (draft) that had great taste, indicating frequent replacement of the draft lines.

“Brings back old memories good people great service shuffleboard, music of course. haven't had the opportunity to catch a bite to eat there doesn't seem like they're serving a lot these days but I'm not sure i may be going at the wrong times they have always treated me very well though still one of my favorite stops now and then
Parking: I'm not sure if a whole lot of people know this but in the back there is a parking lot Elsa side parking in the street and if you're going to park on the Clinton Street side there is some parking available not always though mostly on the side and in the back

“The bar tender was awesome. Tall blonde didn't get her name. We had an issue with our meal and she corrected it. She was so understanding and very professional.. it's staff like her that makes you want to come back even if there was an issue“
