“I’ve lived in this area my whole life and I’ve come to the cider mill every year since I was a kid. I recently saw some people were upset about the changes they’ve made. Saying it’s not the same anymore & that the people were rude, and cold. But I experienced the opposite. I was greeted and helped right away. The donuts are as good as ever before if not better. And I loveeeee their slushies! And like that they made it more of a convenient store but that they’re also selling local products. I will always love this place! Best donuts in Broome county“

“I kept hearing about how great mantis donuts are so my brother and I finally went today to get donuts. Then we decided while we were there we'd have breakfast. What a nice surprise, it was very good. Got home with the donuts and everyone raved and fell in love. Happy to say mantis will be our new go to“

“Frozen coffee was good but if you post a sign saying that no mask on and worn right, covering face completely. Then all of your staff should be to. Even the manager was on duty when one of the male staff had a mask on that didn’t cover the nose and barely covered his mouth. That’s useless and very irresponsible of that store to allow it. Enforce it for everyone.“

“Stopped for a hot coffee before I jumped back on the highway to Scranton. I am so glad I did! The lady that took care of me was such a friendly, pleasant person. She is an asset to any company. In a world of rush, rudeness, and coldness, she was a breath of fresh air. I love good, positive experiences and this was certainly one of them. Place was clean and tidy and the coffee was perfect! “The workers are always the sweetest! I come here often as it is right next to my school. They have randomly upgraded my drinks, and one time I had to wait for my bagel (they ran out and had to bake more) and even though I agreed to wait, they gave me an order of hashbrowns and a frozen hot chocolate for free on top of my order. They are always on top of cleaning and restocking as well, and handle rushes like pros. They also always have great music playing, which is great for when I come here to study :)“

“Very busy college campus Dunkin inside the student union! You may have a rather decent wait time if going at peak times and after many classes release, but the service is great and all the staff are lovely. Everyone knows and loves Chad but the student staff are great as well. I’ve never had a poor experience going here (and I’m there rather often 😂)“

“Had a great experience here. We stopped during a long car trip and hadn't been in a Dunkin in over 10 years. The young lady at the counter was friendly and informative and fixed an error in our order right away, no fuss at all. Our drinks and food were great, and I am just about ready to make a road trip back just for another bag of bacon!“
