“Store is coming together and had definitely improved from a little over a year ago! I was surprised and the crew is great and hard working. Like every place else some days are better than others but they are trying hard for sure and I'll continue to visit.“

“The workers are always the sweetest! I come here often as it is right next to my school. They have randomly upgraded my drinks, and one time I had to wait for my bagel (they ran out and had to bake more) and even though I agreed to wait, they gave me an order of hashbrowns and a frozen hot chocolate for free on top of my order. They are always on top of cleaning and restocking as well, and handle rushes like pros. They also always have great music playing, which is great for when I come here to study :)“

“Frozen coffee was good but if you post a sign saying that no mask on and worn right, covering face completely. Then all of your staff should be to. Even the manager was on duty when one of the male staff had a mask on that didn’t cover the nose and barely covered his mouth. That’s useless and very irresponsible of that store to allow it. Enforce it for everyone.“

“Stopped for a hot coffee before I jumped back on the highway to Scranton. I am so glad I did! The lady that took care of me was such a friendly, pleasant person. She is an asset to any company. In a world of rush, rudeness, and coldness, she was a breath of fresh air. I love good, positive experiences and this was certainly one of them. Place was clean and tidy and the coffee was perfect! “Very busy college campus Dunkin inside the student union! You may have a rather decent wait time if going at peak times and after many classes release, but the service is great and all the staff are lovely. Everyone knows and loves Chad but the student staff are great as well. I’ve never had a poor experience going here (and I’m there rather often 😂)“
