Thier staffs attitudes towards customers. They charged us for everything then found out they ran out of ingredients to fill the order. Then they couldn't refund the item. It wa like pulling teeth to get them to figure out how to fix the problem. Piss poor management.
I think it’s sad that yall had 35 minutes until closing tonight. My husband came through the drive thru and was ignored, he even went to knock on tie drive thru window and was looked and ignored. He called several times and watch a woman in an older gray car leave and lock up.
Please explain to me what the point is to have a closing time? Or how 99% of the time we coke and half of our blizzards are vanilla ice cream. Even after the manager said it should never be that...read full review
