“Not what we expected, but the food was really good and generous portions. It’s more of a take out place as our sandwiches, chips, cookie we’re served in a take out bag . Little hard to find as it’s tucked in the back of an office building. Friendly people!“
“Wegmans family has built a gem and we love the store, but it was not a pleasant experience for this Christmas. To much virus what if drama, which the stores use to raise goods so high for the working class. No one is giving the working class huge government food voucher. So, does that give you the right to charge $45.00 a pound for scallops, or the high Cheese prices, meat?....There is no shortage.... The huge greed and "virus" drama only hurts the WORKER! How many people do you think makes $45.00 a hour to buy the scallops? So, ...this is the first time our family has went without the splurge of treats from your store. Yet, the government fed eat like a King!...'what a racket".! And your pocket is full.... And the Worker juggles and walks away from the treats! We greatly appreciate the store staying neutral on the "face diaper"!....No haphazard bin's to dispose the "germ" masks in?.... Sun kills it, remember?.....We all need to breath, especially when working!... Sincerely.....A worker“
“I’m sorry I didn’t write this review sooner. I am finally sitting down to reflect on the past few months and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the grace that Sam and Battatini’s showed my family. This fall, we unexpectedly lost my brother. Sam, my brother and I went to high school together. Almost immediately after his passing, Sam reached out to a mutual friend asking if he could help with food the week of his services for our family. He graciously gifted our family the most delicious spread of food. I wish I had taken a photo of it all (there was a LOT!!!) but in those moments I wasn’t thinking clearly. He delivered several trays of food for our family and relieved us of the burden of cooking and meal planning while we were planning my brother’s services and dealing with this profound loss. It is a gesture my family will never forget and truly shows the type of person Sam is. Not to mention, the food was amazing. I would recommend Battatini’s time and time again. Thank you, Sam, for your grace and support and for fueling us with amazing food. Each and every dish was 10/10!!!“
“We had Madeline’s cater our rehearsal dinner. Colin and Madeline are amazing! They think of every detail and are very responsive! The staff that worked the event was great, all very kind, accommodating and matched our energy! The food was amazing, we got lots of compliments! Overall a 10/10 experience, we are so glad we had Madeline’s do our catering!“

“My husband and I had an amazing dinner tonight. Everything was divine. We each had chicken French with rice and it may be the best we’ve ever had. There’s always a little room for dessert and the crème brûlée did not disappoint. The food was so good, we’ve been talking about it since we got home. Service was great and restaurant is clean & quaint.“

“We are obsessed and plan to be regulars!! We love the cortona, like a margarita and it’s super thin crust, and the Lucca pepperoni with a little bit thicker but still NY style thin, NO FLOP! The owners and staff are always so kind, they smile while they work so you know they love what they do and that’s a vibe! Tiramisu was so good I love that they put it in a cup, and the cannoli with the chocolate and vanilla coating on the shell was genius because the shell didn’t collapse as fast as a plain cannoli would. 10/10 will be back!!!“

“Have you ever thought "Man, I dislike cupcakes?" Of course not. Go in here and treat yourself. I stopped in for a birthday party prep, and found they had cupcakes with banana in them - now, no one in my family really LIKES banana but me, so I figured "I'll get a couple of those to try". They didn't make it home. The birthday dozen almost didn't either. Not a place for those with weak impulse control... or is it? Seriously great cupcakes.“
“Stopped by for a quick lunch. Pulled pork sandwich was perfect. Perfect balance of flavors. Had two sides - mac & cheese and cole slaw. Both were made perfectly. Server was very nice and delivery fairly quick, Shop was not particularly fancy. BBQ in general is pricey and this place was in the middle of the pack. Overall, a great experience.“
“Thanksgiving day, Pittsford wegmans , looking for herbs , asked several guys lounging behind the fresh fruit counter. Most said there are none left Only Ed knew where I could find them, he walked me there. Kudos to him.“
