“Today we had a problem with a takeout order at Flaherty's. The order we picked up was inaccurate. We called and the person who answered said to come back in a few minutes. When we returned we were greeted by the manager who offered his apologies for the mishap and offered to give us a free meal for our inconvenience. In summation: A problem resolved! Thank you Flaherty's, see you soon!“

“I have only been to your location twice but I've been impressed both times. Everyone is busting their hump to get everything out quickly and the food is great!! You were very busy both occasions but I didn't wait. Great friendly staff and extremely hot food. Very impressed.“

“Well, color me impressed. Both five guys the company, as well as the local manager reached out and addressed our concerns. I have a lot of respect for a company that will take accountability as well as act when a customer has a disappointing experience. Kudos on everyone. So, even though we had a disappointing experience, everyone involved did what they could to make it right. Thank you very much.
We really love five guys, just not this time. We placed the order online and arrived right on time for pickup, but our order was not even started. So we sat and waited with orders that came in person were filled before ours. One we got it, our order of $120 was more than half wrong, but we only noticed once home.
The milkshakes were forgotten by the staff, so we waited further after getting our food and still 2 of the 4 milkshakes were incorrect with interests we didn't order.
2 burgers we're flatly wrong.
The fries were under cooked and went quickly soggy.
Really disappointing. If this was our first time we wouldn't be going back. I'm not sure we will go back to this location ever.“

“I want to praise your Saturday night crew 8/3/24. They were awesome with me. I couldn't figure out how to use my app since I just give my phone number when I come in. All the boys came over to help when I went back up to the counter to ask about my points. To my surprise I have a few things coming that I didn't know I had. Well, I had to get my chocolate almond custard after we ate. Thank you for the amazing kids you have on your staff.“

“Food was good albeit a little light on portion. Service was average for eating in the bar would have hope for a bit more. Adult drinks were empty like 3 bites into the food after it was delivered and no show to the High Top table for the whole meal. Which was ironic because the table was literally right between the service cubby and the bar. Will return just will walk up to the bar next time.“

“We've gathered there with friends on two occasions recently. Both times the waitress was very attentive and accommodating - separate checks were no problem at all. We reserved tables ahead of time. Live music was great & the guys could watch the football game while we all chatted! Great selection of beer and wine!! A fun gathering place! We'll def be back!!“

“Great cheeseburgers, especially if you like messy ones! Always taste delicious. I wish the roll to be a little bit bigger to fit the cheeseburger. Today I tried the dough bites and I would not recommend. They tasted chewy yet hard. Felt like they were canned dough biscuits cut up, fried and rolled in powder sugar. No flavor. Now, their ice cream float? Absolutely delicious!!“
