“Great cheeseburgers, especially if you like messy ones! Always taste delicious. I wish the roll to be a little bit bigger to fit the cheeseburger. Today I tried the dough bites and I would not recommend. They tasted chewy yet hard. Felt like they were canned dough biscuits cut up, fried and rolled in powder sugar. No flavor. Now, their ice cream float? Absolutely delicious!!“

“Today we had a problem with a takeout order at Flaherty's. The order we picked up was inaccurate. We called and the person who answered said to come back in a few minutes. When we returned we were greeted by the manager who offered his apologies for the mishap and offered to give us a free meal for our inconvenience. In summation: A problem resolved! “Great location! If you’ve had Five Guys before, you know what you’re getting and this location does not disappoint.
It wasn’t very busy when we stopped in. The food was perfect, the bathrooms and dining area were clean. The employees were friendly.
The double cheeseburger is a classic. Perfectly seasoned patties with melty cheese. With everything on it, it’s perfect.
The fries have a delightful saltiness and are a little fluffier than other fast food fries.
Always the perfect place to grab a burger with a friend and just enjoy a quick meal together.
I always know what to expect and I love it.“

“Came to grab some food because a friend was running late to a job. Needed a place to grab a quick bite and use the bathroom.

Arrived on site around 5:15pm. One of the two double doors was locked. No sign. Made me feel silly. Maybe one table taken. Was greeted politely by a young man moping the floor. Walked back to bathroom. Bathroom was clean overall. Soap dispenser is mounted at eye level. Weird. It’s a palm push dispenser, it’s meant to be at sink level. Also not mounted to the wall properly. Sink handle was visibly dirty. Paper towel dispenser did not work and was not stocked.

Ran up to the counter, still only myself and one table in the whole facility. Everyone appeared to be working diligently. Austin took my order quick and smooth. I grabbed soda from the machine, some napkins and ketchup from the counter and sat down till my food was ready. Table I picked was clean. I did notice that the music was pretty loud, almost too loud to have a genuine conversation if I were to come with someone. While waiting for my order business picked up. Around 6-7 people were also waiting for food. Staff was handling it well. Grabbed my food and sat back down. Burger was cooked perfectly, fries were good, the right amount of salt. I finished my food and left.

The only gripe I have truly about a place like this, after not eating out for maybe a year is. $24 for a burger fry’s and a drink? Then you have the audacity to have the card reader ask me to tip? Tip for what? The service I was already paying for? Maybe I’m out of touch but I can see why a lot of food establishments are dying.“

“I want to praise your Saturday night crew 8/3/24. They were awesome with me. I couldn't figure out how to use my app since I just give my phone number when I come in. All the boys came over to help when I went back up to the counter to ask about my points. To my surprise I have a few things coming that I didn't know I had. Well, I had to get my chocolate almond custard after we ate. Thank you for the amazing kids you have on your staff.“

“We've gathered there with friends on two occasions recently. Both times the waitress was very attentive and accommodating - separate checks were no problem at all. We reserved tables ahead of time. Live music was great & the guys could watch the football game while we all chatted! Great selection of beer and wine!! A fun gathering place! We'll def be back!!“

I was at one of ther locations during my early military service and the food quality, wasteland customer friendly environment is outstanding. Im from buffalo and this place is worth the travel. The manager even spoke to us about our experience and encouraged an awesome desert. We'll done bill Gray's well done. Also your garbage plate should be sold everywhere.“
