They forget the silverware in the drive-thru all the time. Not sure how that happens, but it does. Not a fan of eating my salad with my fingers and drinking my soup like it’s a cup of water.
I went to drive thru and ordered the bacon avacado melt and took it back to my job for lunch, it had micro sized bits of bacon, I don’t know what the melt part was because I couldn’t taste any cheese and the worst part was two chunks of really green avocado that I could hardly bite into because it was hard as rock, I heard the food was so good at Panera but that garbage, I would not recommend it to anyone!
On Valentine’s Day I ordered 2 pastry rings from the Fairport store. When I got there there was only one! Jay, I presume the store manager, solved my problem in a way that was way beyond acceptable! He is genuinely kind and considerate! Hats off to him! This will not be forgotten!♥️
