Food that doesn’t break your wallet is difficult to find near the beach but this place omg. A medium serving of food with a drink and empanada was 12 dollars. Just 12. I got a large with a drink and I think that 15 but I wasn’t close to finishing me meal and instead gave it to my friends to eat. Staff is super sweet and the tres leches buss
I NEVER write Yelp reviews, but I felt compelled after stopping here spontaneously. My friends and I were so hungry stepping off the subway from Manhattan, so we stopped at almost the first place we saw. I never anticipated this place would bring our little group such joy. Amazing empanadas!!! Eating them on the beach was the highlight of my trip. I'm grabbing more on the way back to the subway station!!!

I'm a local to the area and they NEVER disappoint. I truly don't care what others have to say about this place it feels so homey and the food is so delicious. The empanadas hit every time and everything is reasonably priced! If you want some GOOD hispanic food and your in rockaway I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. It's always the same ladies working there everyday and you can tell they work hard for this job so if you do stop by PLEASE tip them. They truly don't get the credit...read full review
