My nephew and I are obsessed with coming here! It’s such a cozy environment and the owner is an absolute delight! His smile always makes me smile. So many flavors to choose from and plenty of pre made to go options available as well.

I was in Fishkill for a doctor's appointment and it was a hot day so I was looking for a small ice cream place. I was sitting in the CVS parking lot and trying to look on my phone and it kept telling me I was already there. Which I thought was very funny. So I drove around to the back of the plaza to see what stores were open and all the way in the back was this Carnival ice cream shop. The owner was there.
