Got the egg cream viet iced coffee. I got 50% condensed milk even though they recommend 100%. It was fantastic and the perfect sweetness level. The egg cream was thick and also sweet with a subtle egg tart like flavor. I’m definitely coming back and getting a large ;)

This place is by far my favourite coffee place. Staff are nice, place looks clean, great service and coffees. Ive always wanted to try the cookies for months but its always sold out so I can't wait to try it one day. Thanks for being a part of this community

Small cafe but excellent Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk (Vietnamese milk coffee on menu.) The drink was so pleasant and satisfying I had to write a review after trying it once. I typically enjoy the full-bodied taste of La Colombe-based espresso drinks like those at Lulu & Dino's. However the Vietnamese milk coffee here surpasses it by a wide margin. Smooth notes of caramel which are more European than American compliment the sweetness that is perfectly curated....
